TOWN OF MADISON
Vertex Towers, LLC (the “Applicant”) has applied for Variances from the Town of Madison Zoning Board of Appeals and Site Plan Review from the Town of Madison Planning Board to construct a Wireless Telecommunications Facility including a 101-foot tall monopole-style tower (105’ to top of lightning rod) at 0 Tasker Hill Road (Off Oak Ridge Road), Madison, NH 03849 Tax Assessors Parcel: 206-071. The Applicant will conduct a Visibility Demonstration to illustrate the location and height of the proposed Facility by means of a balloon raised at the proposed location to a height of 180 feet. Said Visibility Demonstration will be held MONDAY OCTOBER 6, 2025 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm NOON, weather and wind conditions permitting. In the event of inclement weather on October 6, 2025, the Visibility Demonstration will be rescheduled until the next weekday and each successive weekday until weather and wind conditions permit a successful demonstration.
